Whether you are selling or buying a home, having a comprehensive analysis of the current condition of a home by a qualified professional is critical to selling, purchasing and maintaining a home.

As a home buyer, a home inspection performed by Windsor Inspections will be an investment in both peace of mind and your financial well-being. Buying a home is likely one of the largest investments you will ever make and we will uncover issues that are not obvious to the untrained eye.

Includes:

  • Drone Inspection - When possible, drone inspections are included with Residential Home Inspections. Walking on a roof is not only dangerous, but it can also cause damage to the roofing material. Using drones we are able to inspect and take high-resolution images and video of your roof and chimney systems.

  • Termite Inspection - Regular termite inspections are an important part of maintaining a healthy home. Our inspectors are licensed by the NYS DEC to detect the signs and conditions that indicate that termites are present.

We also supply an NPMA-33 form with each termite inspection, which is often required by lenders prior to securing a mortgage or refinancing your property.

ADD ON services:

Estimate Repair Report - $95 per report

Unsure of what a defect or issue is going to cost to repair? Using our third-party repair estimate report, you will have an accurate understanding of what you’re getting yourself into.

Virtual Tour - $50 per report

This is a great add-on service if you are unable to attend the inspection or if you’re looking to purchase a property without seeing it in person. We take 360 photos of the residence and send you a link to a virtual tour and 3D model of the home.

Water Quality Testing - $150 per test

The EPA recommends that residential water supply’s are tested annually for bacteria, nitrates, solids, pH levels, and other factors. Water quality testing is an often overlooked step in ensuring the health and safety of your family and yourself. This is especially important if there is an infant in the home (infants are particularly susceptible to the effects of lead exposure) or if there are known risks of contamination.
